    Help -- Analog MES 30 questions

    I also just got the analog MES 30.  I have the exact same problem as the original poster.  I am not comfortable with the idea of cutting holes in my new smoker.  The instructions for the assembly of the smoker mentioned that the door latch could be adjusted.  Do you think that loosening the door...
