4.5lb picnic roast at 250 for 7 hours, pulled it off at 205 and wrapped in foil, then a towel and tossed in the cooler for 30 minutes, fell right apart.

Pork but success, I should of taken a pic of it pulled, but I didn't.  It just fell all over the place when I pulled it off, used a nice finishing sauce and it didn't last long!

Kids fishing    That is one heck of a fish fry!! Hatebreed that walleye has some awesome color!  I go up to Kississing in MB every summer and they are dark but not that like that.  I sure love those green backs in Winnipeg too.

Nice fish Jeremy!  I hear you on release, I really do release most of my fish, those piles came from fisheries that aren't well known or are commercially fished and huge bodies of water and we've done it for years and the fishing has actually improved with bigger catches. Smoke break! I hear...

I prefer them brined, but they are good either way. I'd just bring the smoker temp up towards the end, I don't think there's any reason to grill.

destined for peanut oil at 350!   The right fishery, at the time I pull out some freezer fair and have some big fish fry's.  The pike I like to pickle, some good stuff for a few beers and a tube of crackers!

I typically don't freeze fish.  I fish a ton, so I usually just keep a couple and eat them fresh.   Every now and then, I'll keep  a possession limit and have a fish fry with friends, usually only do that a couple times of year.
