The GOSM Big Block is actually 24" wide and will allow you to lay racks of ribs flat on the cooking grates. You may want to also try the websites below.

This afternoon when I got home I proceeded to greet three trespassing colonies of ants with one gallon of my brew of Malathion and water. I poured a healthy dose over all three mounds. Then I remembered that last weekend I had to switch to my spare bottle of propane so I hurried off to a local...
LOL! Me neither and I think you may have way under estimated the number of ants you could have. I would poke a handful of holes into the mulch to pour the mixture into and let it spread on its own. Just pouring the mixture on top is probably enough to get them on the move. Even if the queen...
I have been killing ants in my yard for years with Malathion or another type of insect killer. Pour some into a used gallon milk jug until you cover the bottom to about 1/4" deep. Slowly fill the rest of the milk jug with water since the insect killer will want to foam up. Pour the mixture...
I suggest looking at this website if you want to purchase a Smoke Vault 24".

Once you have a Big Block you will never want anything smaller.
12 baby back pork ribs without rib racks
or
4 12# briskets
or
4 7# meatloaves
or
6 large pork butts
or
12 whole chickens on their backs
or
8 drunken chickens
or
some mixture of the above
For the most part a temperature probe is a temperature probe. If it can handle the inside temperature of your smoker then it surely can handle the internal temperature of the meat you are smoking. Both probes are constructed the same except for a little difference in the shape. Inside each...
Try going to a local feed store and look at their large animal syringes and needles. All of the first food injectors were just large animal syringes and most still are. The feed store is where I get my food injectors.
I pass my Maverick ET-7 two probes thru the top vent of my GOSM Big Block when I add the meat to the preheated smoker. I never allow the probes to see temps over 400F and they only get cleaned with a slightly soapy wet dish rag. Both of my probes are currently 16 months old and have survived...
