Hello all. This will be my third smoke on my WSM. I did a couple racks of spare ribs and a pork loin previously. Bird is rubbed and in the fridge. Looking to fire up the grill at lunch. Will send qviews later. Wish me luck!
Hey all. Brent from Virginia here. Just got an 18 inch WSM a couple weeks ago. Have tried smoking spare ribs and a pork loin. They were both okay. Got a lot to learn about smoking and will be reading lots of posts. Hope to get lots of good hints.
