First Smoke coming up
i did some ribs for the first time 2 weeks ago and just used what i had laying around (hickory) and it was awesome with the pork ribs if your not 100% sure that your lady will like the full smoke flavor i would suggest only using the wood for an hour or two and just let charcoal do the rest of... -
Trailer Question

I just found the trailer below for $125….it’s been garage kept and never even seen the road. Now my question is….is this too small of a trailer? I am not looking to do a huge build but I would definitely like enough surface area to possibly smoke a pig or lamb in the future. I want to build...- phillet
