    I picked up a MES 30" with window. I used it to smoke a chicken and ribs yesterday. Both came out great. Now I am looking at purchasing a Maverick ET-733 to get a more precise read of my temperatures.

    I smoked a 5 lbs chicken and a rack of pork ribs. The chicken was excellent. The ribs were good too, but the chicken came out great. Already thinking about what to smoke next weekend!

    Hi everyone. I am from the southcoast of MA. I just placed my order for the Masterbuilt 30" electric smoker. I am going to pick it up on Saturday. I would like to season it on Saturday and then use it to cook dinner for Sunday. I will post some pics, and let everyone know how I made out.
