    I'm not sure yet what the main meat will be, either chicken, or pork butt. But as a side, I'm going to make some ABTs for the first time. At least some of them will have some left over pulled pork in them.

    This was also my first one, I cooked it on a wood burning offset, with all oak wood for a little over an hour at about 230°. It took on a real nice smoky flavour. We'll probably try one in the oven soon too.

    I will search it up! I figured it would be a cool smoking trick I needed to learn! And I'm going to try a tomato pie today too, I was trying to think of something else to add to the smoker, this will be perfect.

    These would have been welded with a Miller 135, using gas and solid wire as opposed to flux cored wire. It is tough, the material is pretty thin! I believe with some practice you can do it with your machine, it will take some playing with the wire speed, as you only have the 2 heat settings...

    Finally did my first cook on the new offset, after a couple practice runs with no food. Did some sausage stuffed mushrooms, a chicken, and a beef tenderloin. Figured I'd stick with some short cooks first till I get the hang of running it! And, forgot to get a pic of this before taking it off...
