First smoke yesterday, built a mansion of a smoker, 350 lb capacity, started small with the meats I chose, one pork but n I made 8 summer sausages, epic failure., master griller can cook anything on gods green esrth over wood.. but it appears that smoking takes a bit of know how
Got it thank you for all of your help..btw I had no cure..I just couldnt figure out why thry were like meatloafs...kept a close eye..smoked for nine hours

Just got it recently built mansion of a smokehouse cant figure out why my summer sausage turned out like meatloaf gotta be simple fix...been grillen for the last fifteen years but its my first smoker...had a couple temp issues too...idk if im posting on the rite part of the site...first post...
