    Thanks for the feedback!  I didn't think I'd be too concerned with some leak.  I just went ahead and smoked some beer chicken today and it was fabulous!  Q view in a different post.  I'm never going back to charcoal ever!

    Suggestions for accurate thermometers for MES

    I rely heavily on the amazon reviews and got me bit weary as well and decided against buying the maverick.  Rather I have my faith on the temp reading on my machine and just use the ThermoWorks RT600C thermometer to get internal meat temp.
