Disappointed with amount of smoke; bought a master built electric 40" added updated part sent by mas

I believe the cold smoker only works with the MES 30 inch smoker, but you can easily modify it to fit, I made it work with my MGS 44 smoker.

Disappointed with amount of smoke; bought a master built electric 40" added updated part sent by mas

Sometimes it's hard to get a straight answer and sometimes it's a lot easier to just answer a question then write a book, I get enough smoke from my cold smoker which I modified to fit my MGS 44inch.

Anyone use wood pellets in their MES?

This might be a little off subject, But what is the best way to go to burn pellets or chips, With a AMAZEN, Cast Iron Pan or a Mail Box? I see many people using all of them.

Head to Head: Brine Vs Dry Cure

Disco, I don't quite understand the cure method, You say 1 day for every 1/2 thickness and that 1 1/2 inches thick as three 1/2 inches, 2X3 is six days, But wouldn't it be only 3 days since you only have three 1/2 inches?

Masterbuilt Sportsman Elite 44" propane smoker

Great setup you got there, But I think you would get better heat to your pans if you did like some of us other members by making new brackets above your burners to set your pans on, Just a thought.
