    So ill keep with this design . Another question, Do you insulate the top of the fire box between the firebox and food chamber? I followed your post on the commercial smoker, pretty impressive. Not in mexico, im in Egypt.

    What's better in your opinion. Keeping the stack from the inside like what i did or from the outside and make the smoke escape through holes to the the stack?
