    Put some london broil in marinade a couple of days ago, getting ready to fire up the MES. AMZPS loaded with oak and hickory, waiting for the TBS!

    Bought 3# london broil, sliced and marinated yesterday in soy, teriyaki, pineapple juice, brown sugar, onion pdr, garlic pdr, hot pepper flakes. Not much waste after slicing. Using AMNSP with JD oak pellets and hickory. More to come! Smoking lamp is lit! The fruits of the labor...

    Started some ABTs coupla hours ago. DIL request (she's PG) so how could I say no? I halved the japs and filled with shallot onion cream cheese mixed with shredded colby jack. I halved some little smokies and laid half on top, then bacon wrapped. On at 250 with oak and hickory throwing off TBS...
