Need some more smoke
I had the same problem with my MES 30, just buy AMNPS smoke generator from Todd, one of the sponsors on here. TBS everytime, up to 12 hours continous. Great service from Todd, too.- azbullfrog

Beef Back Ribs Today
Man o man, outstanding! That's what I'm looking for. I just dusted a rack down and stuck it in the fridge for tomorrow's dinner. First time smoking Beef back ribs. Gonna do the 321 method in my MES. That money shot is real inspiration!- azbullfrog
