    I definately recommend it. They are great. Only thing is later on today Im gonna try and smoke a dozen for 2 hours in hopes of a bit more smoke flavor. Gonna use apple wood this time too!

    Thank you! I like the coloring of the ones that I smoke the other way but I like the flavor a lot more this way and thats what counts. Shoot, I only have 4 solid eggs and two deviled eggs left! My fam loves em too!

    First I added about a tablespoon of liquid smoke to the water and boiled the eggs for 12 minutes. Then I soaked them in ice cold water for about 5 minutes and moved them to the fridge.
