    Thanks will try water pan, I have played a lot with raising and lowering tongue to no help. Cooking 15 butts next week and now wondering if I’m going to have to keep rotating to get all done the same time. Confused

    I need help controlling temps. Firebox end runs 50 degrees hotter than the younger end Lang 60 I just can’t figure it out.
