    Recteq or Grilla?

I have no experience with Grilla, but I've had a Req Teq for almost ten years now. I had to replace a fire rod, and that's been it. Their customer service is also top notch. This thing has been an absolute tank. A lot of people on this forum swear by Rec Teq.

    Fry Sauce?

The article I read had somebody that used ketchup, mayo, and Lawry's salt. I still can't wrap my brain around putting mayo on fries though.

    Looking for a CI skillet.

It's basically a state fair. For a few extra bucks, you get to sample all of the cornbread people make for the contest. If you like cornbread, it's HEAVEN!!!

    Wings,

Those do look yummy. I've done them in my air fryer before and they came out pretty dang good. I still prefer Vortex wings on the Weber though. I put SPOG on them, then a dusting of flour, and a fridge rest for a while. I get pretty crispy wings doing this.

    Fry Sauce?

While reading the news over the morning cup of coffee, I saw an article about Fry sauce. Evidently it got it's start in Utah. Part ketchup, part mayo, and other stuff. Anybody tried it? Kinda reminds me of John Travolta talking about eating in Amsterdam from Pulp Fiction and the Royale with...

    Looking for a CI skillet.

Hey Jim, Lodge gives free tours of their factory the weekend of the Cornbread festival. You get to "Nerd out" on seeing how they make their CI, and eat some danged fine cornbread at the same time.

    Looking for a CI skillet.

I got lucky and have my Grandmother's circa 1960's Lodge 12" that was smooth cast. Love that thing. However, my others are the newer rough cast that work very well after some bacon frying a few times. You can't beat the price either. Being made in TN, and also having toured their factory...
