How many racks of ribs can fit?

I know it's a month plus old, but I'm sure folks still have the question. Short answer is no. I can fit a full rack or one & a half if smoked in a vertical holder. You could fit more if smaller racks of ribs, maybe cut in half. I prefer to smoke them whole. I'm actually thinking about a...

    New to smoking....and ECB

Unmodified ECB is tough to use. First time I used it I was so frustrated it went into the shed for two years. Couldn't keep the temp down past 350. I did the 321 on a rack of ribs and the were mush, fell off the bone and extremely strong smoke flavor. First mods I did was drill some holes in...

    Back after a long time

Welcome back. I took about 14 months off after some frustrating results with an ECB. Well my ECB is fantastic, superb temp control with the new mods. Have some spares smoking right now, hope to have some q-View later today.

    Hello from Northeast Washington

Welcome, Washington is a Beautiful State. Was in Seattle last June/July and took a few road trips around the state. It's one of the cleanest states, just don't see much litter. People are friendly. Overall was very impressed. What type of smoker did you get, that can help with advice...

    Hello from Sunny San Diego!

Welcome to the SMF. I've been on board little over a year now. I use an ECB and have turned out some excellent BBQ. Most of the mods and everything I know is from this forum. It's a wealth of knowledge.
