    Ah ha. That makes since. Would like to know what benefit this is as I don't see one yet. Seems to me like it would just take longer to get up to temp.... I'm pretty sure I might be missing something still.

    What about letting the wood chips sit in a bucket of water for a few minutes before use? I hear of some doing that. Whats your thoughts on that?
