Hi Rick Wasaga beach is a nice place but way to populated for this guy map Kaministiquia Ontario ,no neighbours hunt out of back yard on the lake or river in under 10 minutes and you are the only one on the lake . But the mosquitoes and black flies are bad, but its worth it.

I just found this forum while searching for a deer ham brine recipe . I only have an brinkman charcoal smoker converted to propane. Kinda new to this but looks like lots of interesting info and help on this forum.Any help on my brine for my deer hams or smoking info is appreciated
