hey all been doing some jerky on the smoker today. rubbed it yesterday with some cure and black pepper seasoning. let it set in the fridge for 24 hours, put the jerky on at 11:30 am, i cut them rather thick at 1/4 inch its now 8:16 pm and the jerky is looking awesome. heres some qview for ya.

its cold steel it will reform to the shape it once was. i suggest heat and lots of it. get it hot and bent it over its radius of the opening. and thats all i know for metal work.
