    Another question if I may. How much does moisture affect the pellets if left in the hopper ? If not all are used, should they be removed and stored in an airtight container?

    Shouldn't have to spend 125.00 more to sear a steak when you've spent 800 to 1000+ for the unit already. I have a Webber for that kettle.

    This is backwards. The lower the P setting the higher the heat. The higher the P setting the lower the heat and MORE smoke. YouTube P setting and you will get videos and graphs showing the difference..

    Isn't there a temp control on the smoker? My Smoke Vault can be adjusted anywhere from 180 to 425+ using the smoker knob.You shouldn't have to play with the tank valve.     Check into the door seal kit for the WSM. Get the larger smoker,more versatile. Check utube vids.

    Greetings from Minn.

    New poster here. Minnesota St Paul area.I use a 24" Smoke Vault,Lyfe Tyme camp stove and 4 burner gasser. I will be doing my first 2 Butts in the SV this weekend. Wish me luck.. fyi, I'm 64 retired and love it!
