the plasma cutter is designed to cut steel and reduce the chance of warping
instead of using a cutting torch
Id use compressed nitrogen instead of air also purge the tank with nitrogen
Ive used this torch on many pieces of flat stock stainless steel with out any warping
if concerned about...
looks great, are you saying that its as close to belly bacon as you can get for processed?
I am looking for another option for my pork buyers
a lot of them are into bacon/sausage more than other cuts
Mike

don't know if its stress, hard times,, end times ect.
seems people are edgy [and live stock too]
was out in the yard yesterday and a fight broke out in the closest pen to the house
dirt flying pigs screaming.
had to go break it up before one of them got hurt
very unusual for this breed to fight...
thank you for the info Paul
the A200 table top mixer would be a great addition
with a pastry knife
there are other attachments that will work with the power head
ill have to keep an eye out for one

If you decide to go with a hardware bolt go with a standard grade [not hardened]
so it will shear wen needed
also the bolt body should not be threaded for the distance across the auger shaft
Mike
still waiting for blueberries up here

have to try out your recipe [looks good]
