I think venting the smoke before you open the door is going to be your only option. Instead of a "blast door" to close of the smoke you will probably have to put in a Y vent to route the smoke directly to the main exhaust so the smoke doesn't build up and leak out of your smoke box. Fellow smoker hospitality at Iowa Costco
I got a whole cryovac`ed for 1.99 per pound. They have flats but none of them had the fat cap still on. The last time I was there I am pretty sure they had some with the fat cap but I don't know how much they were. Baby back ribs were $3.89 per pound while and spare ribs were $1.78 per pound.- blaken

I was just at my local Costco here in DesMoines Iowa trying to pick out my first Brisket when the friend I was with noticed the gentleman next to us had 2 in his cart. I don't know if I have ever had Michigan corn but the stuff from Florida is awful and anything served in any chain restaurant is laughable compared to Iowa sweet corn. Thanks for the replies guys. Since the vinyl one is so cheap on amazon Ill give it a go. If it is destroyed after this winter I will see about getting a custom one made.- blaken

Looking for a GOSM Cover
The title says it all. I would prefer something made out of a cloth tarp material not vinyl/plastic. I have been looking around locally but no one has one the right size. I tried to do some googling and searches here but no luck.- blaken
