    Forgot my phone, but wrapped my beef rib , put some leg quarters on after 2 hours, I will snap a pick in another two when I unwrap the ribs .

    OK got her seasoned , now wondering if we are going to smoke today. It's 28* and snow/freezing rain here today ..... Tempting . Beef ribs rubbed and some chicken leg quarters are standing by.

    Hello from Northern VA

    Hey there, new to smoking with a smokers, not new to cooking here. Plan on getting a Masterbuild gas smoker to start with looking forward to making brisket, beef ribs, salmon and turkey the most. I have a few friends that smoke on a Green Egg , but that is a little more then I want to spend .
