    In my humble opinion...if you buy a pellet grill without the PID your wasting time and money. Find someone who has one and try it and you will never go back to anything else! As my good buddy Ron used to say....it a true "SET IT & FORGET IT" And Rec Tec is the best they come!

    That is a cold smoke box. It has 3 shelves inside. Can use it for cheese and fish and such. I plan on using it for salami and beef sticks and cheese. Also can use it as a hot box to keep things warm if they finish early. This thing is just fantastic!
