Thats just awesome! Cold smoked food is great...unfortunately since I live in HELL...oh I mean South Florida....there is no cold smoking in my future anytime soon.:emoji_disappointed:

Thats because anybody who owns a REC TEC knows that once you purchase it you are not an owner...you are part of a family and well....FAMILY sticks together!! So to my hopefully soon to be brother....come on down!!
Holy molly that is a beast of a cooker....cant wait to see the food coming off of that what you get it finished!! Rust is one of those things that only elbow grease and determination is going to remove....but to have that smoker ....it is well worth it!
@DR_3 If your in South Florida you can come to my house and Ill let you take the Bull for a test ride. You dont have to worry about holding on for the 8 seconds....once you try it...you WONT let go!!

I maxed out the temp on the controller and got 550 here in hell oh i mean Florida...lol
At the low setting it its called Extreme smoke setting. It does just that....put out a ton of wonderful smoke! And none of it is bitter. I even spent a day....10 hours... "mapping" the grill temp using 9...
I purchased the cold smoke box with my Bull. I live in Florida and right now it is 98 deg here daily as an ambient so there is no cold smoking for me at all but plan to use it alot when we get the cooler weather.
I own a 40"MES its 5 years old and it works great! I love the bluetooth because I can be sitting watching the game and check the temp of the smoker and adjust and the temp of the meat at the same time.
It was my first smoker and in the last 5 years has given me zero problems and puts out...
I own a REC TEC BULL and I cannot stop singing it praises. Like you I spent 6 months reading reviews and watching videos trying to find the "BEST ONE"
What I figured out is there is no "BEST ONE"....I found the right one for me, and for me...the right one was the Bull.
