    My combo toaster oven/airfryer is on it's last leg and I am on the hunt for a replacement. I bought my current oven a couple of years ago based on cost and it had some features I liked. I want to get a good one that will last this time. I don't mind sepending a couple of bucks for a good one...

    Those look awesome, My ratio is typically 1:1:1/4 depending on what I am cooking, sometimes I back off the salt and sometimes I add more pepper

    I agree, keep it somple with some SPOG and let it go. However, I don't see why it wouldn't work in the oven. You can cook at the same temps you do a smoker. Once you get to the desired IT pull from the oven and let it rest for a bit then throw them on tthe flame. You won't get the smoke flavor...
