Decided to try my hand at some rib steaks on the smoker/finish on the charcoal.
Turned out nice and smokey... need to pull them off a few degrees earlier for medium rare though... more of a medium rare to medium. But damn good flavor.

I've used Prairie BBQ rubs a lot... Not sure where in Canada you are but its available in stores in MB SK AB BC and ON..
