    Well my first batch was a major succees. I put it in the MES at 445 pm yesterday. 170 Added apple chips for 4 hours. Then just let it go until the wireless thermometer alarm sounded. 154 IT I was expecting 17 hours at the least. It went about 12.5. I then put it in the freezer in a...

    How long is too long?

    Mine are done after 12.5 hours at 170. In the freezer on ice. I was surprised it took only 12.5 hours after my research. I will post pictures and thoughts shortly.
