So today i decided to smoke this chicken i had in my fridge. I threw together a quick drie rub with some granulated garlic paprika salt lemon peper, and some cummin.

Yeah so day two I realize that the chunk and chips barely burn I get smoke but not a lot. Need to adjust, and like I taught the stock thermometer is trash. Fish came out good tho. There's always an upside.
Wow this turned into one awesome informational thread, good stuff on here, definitely gunnar try some of these recipes, @mowin definitely wanna see some pics of how they come out.
