    We have successfully completed our first BBQ Competition with the UDS', and an offset smoker. Placed 2nd in ribs, with only 1 point separating each 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places. Placed 4th in chicken, 1 point away from 3rd. Also smoked 4 pork butts & sold sandwiches & pulled pork nachos to raise...
