    Welcome Mavricks! All it takes is smoking any meat right once and you'll be a lifer! That's the way I see it. I'm new here too, but I've worn out my first smoker and started on my second just fooling around. I grill and smoke in my smoker: steaks, pork, anything. It all tastes better that way.
