I live in Mason and was invited over to this group. Building my first large smoker for 200 lb pigs so that I don't have to rent them anymore. Looking forward to meeting some like minded ppl here that are local... (not crazy)...lol
I will be building the FB out of .25" steel so that it can handle the heat and it will also double as a grill when not being used as a smoker. The CC will be all meat (The oil tank).
