    Iwas surprised to hear that only electric could not be used, I very well may have it all wrong but I'll find out in the morning.  If they do allow it I'm going to blow away the competition with some of my "smoke fried ribs"

    I forgot one that didn't load. the good thing about these cookers is they put instructions on the side of the box. I usually build my own smokers but at the of this unit , you can't go wrong

    I  don't think these projects ever end,  I HAVE A NUMBER OF SMOKER PROJECTS  and I'm always adding something to each of them. Looks like tables are in your future.  awesome job.
