    I just got Myron Mixon's book so far its great. Im bout 15 pages in and its made me laugh a few times already. Up until bout the last hour I thought he was " the most arrogant  man in Bbq".     Unfamiliar with my new Charcoal Smoker (now with Pics)

    Its not a smoker its a grill. That thing is sweet . Im sure you can kick the coals to one side and add a water pan for some BBQing but would be hard to smoke slow smoke anything of size.  i wonder how old it is or who makes it. Does it say?

    Question for You Weber Kettle Owners

    I picked my first kettle out of the trash< best score to date. Bought another one and threw out the gas grill. for 25$ id have mine and that one for sure.

    Finally signed on

    Here we go. My name is Frank. I live in South Florida. Im 31 I love smoked food (Obviously) I have been smoking food for a few years now, not sure how long but i bought Paul Kirk's book(Championship BBQ) in May 05. So im guessing i tried smoking various meats a few times prior to the book...
