I just got Myron Mixon's book so far its great. Im bout 15 pages in and its made me laugh a few times already. Up until bout the last hour I thought he was " the most arrogant man in Bbq". I also read an old post on here where S.M.F member Tyrotrain said he is a great guy ..hell i believe it...
Its not a smoker its a grill. That thing is sweet . Im sure you can kick the coals to one side and add a water pan for some BBQing but would be hard to smoke slow smoke anything of size. i wonder how old it is or who makes it. Does it say?
I picked my first kettle out of the trash< best score to date. Bought another one and threw out the gas grill. for 25$ id have mine and that one for sure.
