Ok this will help but not a cure. Near the end of the cook try to stay a out of the smoke as much as you can. When you pull the meet at the end of the cook and its time to rest it before you slice or pull exc. You need to go shower, hot water stay in it for a few extra minutes and blow your nose...
OK people. Whats going on in beef land? the price here in South Florida us up up up. Restaurant depot is (WAS) our cheapest place to buy meet. Hints the name it is a member only buy bulk cheap place to get the goods. Beef Brisket a few months ago was 2.60 - 2.89lb. for the best cut available...
I love the black one . But im in south fl so i feel the pain of the sun also. Black is still what id do absolutely not blue..Black for the shirt so the chef looks clean wearing sauce and smoke.
The red would make a better sign because its more noticeable. But not to offend you id keep working...
