What to buy?
This was my thinking... I almost went for the MES but decided on a propane GOSM instead based on reviews etc - plus it was substantially cheaper. Now to be fair, I just ordered yesterday and I haven't used either unit... so my opinion is just based on what I've read from other people.- kaiser

French (smoked) onion soup
Wow - smoked french onion soup sounds fantastic. I don't know if it makes any difference in a smoker, but I've found that onions grill dramatically better if you spray them with a little oil first- kaiser
