I made wings, fatties, zucinni, and some canned salmon for a friend's wife. half the wings were rubbed and sauced, the other half just salt and pepper. The fatties will end up in sausage gravy or in a pasta sauce....yum yum!
My wife bought me the Rib-O-Lator as an early Xmas gift! So far I've cooked beef ribs, steaks, veggies and fish on it...and they all turned out tasting terrific! I have yet to find anything that doesn't taste great from this! If you don't own one yet you'd better get a move-on...
That's what I'm wondering...leaving the fridge on and cold while introducing smoke, either by inlet pipe or by electric hot-plate with a pan of chunks.
