    First time smoking a brisket!

    So I smoked my first brisket and it turned out pretty good. I got the bark how I thought I would want it. It took a long time and I was continually messing with the fire for 14 hours to try and keep a steady temp but it was worth it!

    So the mods i did seem to be holding the smoke inside the main chamber and only really coming out through the smoke stack.
