I'd use a cheap exhaust hood over the smoker to grab the smoke as it lofts up. by keeping it close to the smoker you could keep more heat inside for your comfort.
Thanks for the options guys. Tried the rice cakes and nope cardboard taste to me can't do them. As for the yogurts, tried several different ones and can't do them either. I've been making my own fruit chips but they don't fill me up, still eating them. Went out last night and got the oats...

Wow what a day. After 8 hours of making ravioli I finally got to open up my smokey goodness gift wrapped package. The brisket was in a fold pan tighly covered and in the waming drawer all day. the drawer was at 125 and the brisket held around 190 till about 3pm and the temp started to come...
Update: sometime between 11pm and midnight temps spiked in smoker, don't know why may have been from chips getting to much air and adding heat, but it got to 300 in the box. Pulled the brisket at midnight and was at 155. placed in a foil pan with a little water covered it tightly and put it...

Only have about 8 hours of smoke run threw the fan so far and seems to be fine. If I close up the vent on the main box I can JAM alot of smoke into the box and really lay it on HEAVY
