    http://www.headcountry.com/  tried some on scrambled eggs this morning. i like it. another i use when too lazy for homemade. mix together and use. some people will find the buffalo sauce too hot, hard to beat chipoltes for smokey flavor.

    got a couple in some marinade.then right on top of a bed of red hots for one min.each side. rest 5 min. server. sir, how do you like your steak? me. just cripple him up a little and drive him thru a hot kitchen.

    i cold smoked the chilli's first. i have never done that before. i really didn't care for the texture and they didn't seem to absorb much smoke even though i made several slits in each one. i'll know in a couple days if i can wait that long.
