    The bacon looks great and that slicer looks really nice as well. How thin will it slice? I am thinking about buying a slicer but it would have to slice paper thin for prosciutto.

    My grandma makes a rabbit in red wine sauce stew that is wonderful. Did the rabbit turn out juicy? It sure looks tasty.

    That looks great and a pretty quick meal, well quick for a smoker. Next time you go to Sam's look the frozen chicken section over and you'll notice they have a wide variety of different cuts of breast. I love the skinless chicken tenders the best.

    Hello from eastern KY, I joined a couple months ago and have had a few great smokes thanks to all the knowledge Ive received on this board. Its good to be back, really good.
