    Well pork butt is a Pork Scotch Fillet., Brisket is still brisket., Our bacon different. USA bacon is called Streaky bacon or Belly bacon. our bacon is called Eye Bacon or just bacon. Also our bacon is cut thinker than USA bacon. it doesn't crisp up nearly as good..
