    I added some worcestshire sauce and granulated garlic in the beer. I also plugged the neck with a lime that I poked wholes in. I've also used potatoes and onions in the neck. The onions taste great afterwards.

    Another good one that I like is http://www.louisianafishfry.com/ . I use it on mud bugs and try it on popcorn. Good stuff. And mushrooms are my favorite part of the boil. They pick up a lot of the flavor.
