What about rolling it out with a pin to even thickness and out in fridge on disposable cookie type sheets and the. Use a cookie cutter or something of that shape and cut out pucks? ?? Lot of work lol but the pucks are nice for packaging

I am considering the same burner for my old fridge build, how hard was it cutting through the bottom to fit that square box on bottom of plate for the brinkman element? Seems like that's he only set back worried about heat escaping through it and heating the insulation etc
Would you guys replace the insulation in the fridge for starters ? It appears to be an old glass base insulation. If doesn't need ripped out and changed I may leave it . Don't know the specs on its fire rating etc.
