    Plywood cold smoker

    Her are some more pics. This is a cold Smoker Only. You can see one picture with the smoke diffuser lifted out of bottom and the A-Maze-N smoker in. I use the small door at the bottom to insert the smoker. Let me know if you need more pics or questions.

    Its used for COLD smoking sausage. I use an A-maze-n smoker with pellets. I will post pics.

    I have used Todds smokers for 3 years now. I just ordered up a tube smoker from him. No problems at all keeping them lite.
