I was a little worried I took on more than I should have. Cooking for 25 the second time using my smoker, but it turned out great. I followed the directions I found here for brisket, pulled pork, ribs salmon and beans which all turned out good. I'm hooked and can't wait to try again see how it...
I may not get it perfect the first time, but looking forward to trying. Been watching my temperatures and plan to wrap it when it gets to 170. Both the brisket and the pork have hit 145 and stalled. It sounds like this is normal, the advice I've found here is great.
Looking forward to...
I'm new to smoking, but my wife and I decided what better way to learn than to have a party. Today I'll be doing brisket, pork and ribs for 25. I was so excited I woke up a half hour before the alarm and got started early. Can't wait to see how it all turns out.
