I have my man cave all set up in my basement as well. I have a movie theater screen set up for the projector a full bar and something called a skybox by Maytag which is awesome. Also I suggest getting the beer tender if you just want to be able to serve some quick beers… And for that real bar...

Change of plans! The deli only had 3 Pork butts and the smallest was 10lbs! I don't have 20 hours to work on it this weekend unfortunately so It looks like it will be Country Style Ribs instead. Oh well, either way...just getting to use the new smoker is the plan!
I purchased the Masterbuilt Electric Smokehouse (Analog) 30" and just finished preseasoning with Hickory wood chips.
Tomorrow I am planning to try a Pork Butt and make some pulled pork!
Any suggestions/tips/advice?
