Delta 9 is is what we call "normal thc" (the kind that get you high, or psychoactive), as well as a few other naturally occurring cannanaboids found in normal thc strains. Delta 8, is synthesized from cbd in a reactor (a chemical conversion with heat, and time in a special chemistry setup). It's...
Having been (and still currently am) a legal marijuana grower, extractor, and processor (since 2008), delta 8, 9, 10 are all synthetic cannanaboids NOT found (in any natural quantity) in flower marijuana. Please ONLY use those cannanaboids in topical or edibles. They are NOT safe for...
I forgot to update. I did a test when I smoked a brisket days ago. I only used 1 probe. It was placed to the right of the pellet fire pot on the grate (on the stack side). Pid temp was set to 300*, probe never went over 245*. Probe was placed on the grate.

It temperature 211-213 all across.
This will be my last big brisket I do. Im
still 8* Under my target temp. I did leave 1 temp probe on the grate to get a temp check. It seems like I'm 25* less than my pid temp setting. Pit is set to 300*. Spare probe is 3" to the right of fire cup.
Ordered a pizza for dinner tonight. I'll...
