Wow. I have the same unit. About 5 years old. And I use it a lot...and dose not look that bad. A little faded but nothing like yours. I do keep my in the garage when not in use. A great chicken cooker! I love it. I am sure they will back there product up. Call them
No. But its very heavy duty built. I never used mine yet for warming. But its a nice storage spot. I got my lang 84 used years ago so I had no options to choose. But its a awesome smoker for sure. The double gas burners would be nice.
I love my and have no regrets on buying it. I use it a lot. Its heavy but pulls down the road good. But the flip side is when its unhooked it is too heavy to move around by hand if you want to adjust the position. I am thinking of some kind of wheel dolly to help on that one day. Get your wood...
I get a about a 25 degree difference on my lang 84 from front to back and top rack to bottom but it will play in to your advantage because you can move your meat around to adjust for smoking different meat...lower slower up front on bottom rack and hotter faster in back end by the fire box. And...
I add just a little pickling spice in with the boil and strain it out when I add it to the jars with the jalapeño. And Well worth the effort to make them. No joke.
